DESTINATIONS WEDDINGS IN SPAIN TAPAS !

Organizing destination weddings in spain involved lots of things to take into consideration guests, venue, flowers but when comes to food quite often couples wants to surprise their families and guest with local food Spain is world wide known for small dishes call Tapas .

Being a destination wedding in Spain coordinator I always like to have a chat about the different food options and local drinks. My couples love a Spanish twist to their menu introducing a taste of Spain to their wedding day.

We are a destination wedding in Spain company based in Andalucia located South of Spain with lots of local Tapas that may suitable to everyone's taste. As a qualified Sommelier I am able to guide couples on what wine would compliment the food giving you the best of our Spanish cuisine.

Tapas are being part of a culture for many years and for us it's a way of life that we love to share with our family and friends.

Whether we gathered together in local bars or at home with the family tapas, it is a social way of everyday life.

Destination Weddings are social celebrations where people enjoy food and drink. Why not introduce Tapas to your wedding destination in Spain family and guest as a part of your wedding menu sharing food on the table gets everyone talking and something a little different on to enjoy your wedding day .

Some tapas favourites for bridal couples to serve during their cocktail reception or in the evening include calamari (deep fried squid rings), marinated olives, croquetas (these can be filled with fish, meat or mushroom), chorizo, morcilla (black sausage,) and little meatballs. We work with local caterers that create their own fancier culinary versions of these family favourites.

Jamon Why not have a professional Jamón live cut at your destination wedding? Using a full leg of acorn-fed pork, cured over a number of years, the ham that is sliced off the bone is silky and melts in your mouth. It’s a delicacy that every true Spaniard has their own home and something that should feature on every Spanish wedding menu too!

Sherry and Wine If it’s one thing the Spanish do impeccably well, In Andalucia it is hot and sunny for over 300 days of the year, local andalusian wines are fresh and full of fruitfulness perfect for your wedding menu.

As a welcome drink for your wedding guest which is a huge hit we offered ice cold jugs of Sangria, a heady fruit punch of red wine, brandy, lemonade and fresh fruit as well as fresh homemade mediterranean lemonade.

Spanish food is everything that your wedding destination should be about enjoy the simple things in life and have a great time together. Salut! .
